Submission

If you are interested in both making a presentation and publishing full paper in the Conference Proceedings indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Inspec, etc., you are encouraged to submit original, unpublished contributions. Please submit your full paper via the Submission System, then send an email to bcas@easyaca.com.cn and mark "Full paper+TEL" in the subject line of your email.

Note:
1. Plagiarism is strongly prohibited and papers that have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will not be considered.
2. Submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length of 4 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices. One regular registration covers 6 Pages. Extra pages (Begin at Page 7) charge at 50 USD/ 300 RMB  per page.
3. The paper must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.
4. When your full paper get finished, please submit it via the paper submission system. Acceptance or rejection will be announced after the peer review process.
5. All accepted papers must designate at least one author to be present at the conference.

Peer Review Process:

BCAS 2024 incorporates a rigorous double-blind review process, empowered by a fully automated review assignment system that analyzes the submitted manuscripts and the representative publications of TPC members and our reviewers, and matches the submissions to their expertise and interests. All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from TPC members and our reviewers. As an author, you are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Common sense and careful writing will go a long way toward preserving anonymity. Papers that do not conform to our double-blind submission policies will be rejected without review. All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by at least two competent reviewers.
